Cancellation Policy
The Greenbrier
Your deposit is refundable only if The Greenbrier receives notice of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
VBWA/VWWA
In order for the VBWA/VWWA to receive discounted room rates, we are contractually obligated to purchase and guarantee a specific number of room nights. You can cancel for a full refund until May 17, 2023. Cancellations between May 18 - May 31 will incur a cancellation fee.
There are no refunds for cancellations after June 1.
